RECORDED MOOD
March 2026
Hollow dots mean mood unknown.
They never count toward the trend.
The days behind the dots
How to read this
These are suggested interpretations of recorded feelings, not a clinical measure or a judgment of your life. Difficult days may be more likely to be written down. A short entry cannot represent everything you felt.
All entries sharing a date are considered together. Mood uses the diary's date as written; some entries were reconstructed later. Explicit positive and negative feelings can coexist. Physical fatigue and productivity do not, by themselves, determine mood.
The dashed trend is the average of supported scores within the last seven calendar days of the displayed period, requiring at least three scores. Unknown moods remain unscored in the data and appear as hollow light-gray dots on the zero line; dates without entries have no dot. Unknown dots are excluded from the trend. Gaps remain gaps; no trend crosses an unscored day or the edge of the displayed period.
Google Sheets is checked every five minutes. Open pages check for updates every 30 seconds. All diary dates are included, with monthly and yearly views. New and changed entries are analyzed automatically. Your corrections stay local to this app and never change the diary. A changed diary entry requires a fresh review.
Automatic analysis sends only the date and English-column diary text (which may contain French) to OpenAI, using store=false. Evidence / Sources, translations and other workbook tabs are not sent for scoring. The private app caches diary text and scores on your droplet. Unchanged days aren't sent again.
